Good questions for the desk are the ones a consent form raises but does not explain: what decides a peel depth, what a supervision rule means in practice, how long a result usually lasts. Pick the topic it belongs to and write it in your own words.

The desk cannot book appointments, give medical advice or refer you to a clinic, and it cannot comment on your own face or case. Those decisions belong to a licensed clinician who has examined you.
